A deposit equal to one night, pre-tax, is required to confirm a booking. The balance of rent, 12.5% USVI hotel tax and applicable fees must be paid in full at least 60 days before arrival. Final credit-card payments are subject to a 5% fee on the pre-tax amount due. Changes and cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are refundable when a reservation is cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable and subject to a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of gross rent plus applicable credit-card fees. No refunds are issued for early departure. A Gallows Point Resort cancellation number is the only proof of an authorized cancellation.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $100 per person, per night. The resort will make every effort to accommodate specific unit requests, but individual unit assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Complimentary transportation between the Cruz Bay ferry dock and the resort is included on arrival and departure. Housekeeping is provided every other day. Suites are individually owned and may vary in décor.
