2002 – Ellington’s Restaurant replaced by Zozo’s.
1984 – The Administration Building and “Ellington’s Restaurant” are completed. Gallows Point Resort is officially “born”.
1981 – Seven building consisting of four condos each are completed.
August 1979 – After Hurricane David passes through the islands, the new owners begin building condos in place of the cottages.
1978 – In waning health, Ellington sells Gallows Point to Dr. William Wood and Mr. Forrest Fisher
Ellington hires Mr. Penn to build small cottage colony on land, called “Gallows Cottages”.
Richard Duke Ellington buys 5 acres of the land.
